Usual blah blah

Christ, didn't realise how long it'd been since I updated. Well, pretty much lost the girlfriend, because she's gone travelling now, lost the job due to redundancy and lost my marbles at a party a while ago. Hasn't been such a good time for me, but I'm still stupidly optimistic. God knows how I reconcile being such a cynic with being so damn optimistic. It's quite possible (if not probable) that some part of my brain's become unglued either due to or because of the mental strain. Not much else really, got a new email address, at gmail.com. Aaah, the prestige :) Still looking to go overseas, just biding my time between jobs at the moment.
