Hi to the person who's adamant that "hu" doesn't mean moustache. Rather than getting stuck into a quagmire of argument on my blog, I've got a better idea. I hereby challenge you to a duel, mano-a-mano, rapier wit against rapier wit.*

*If you can call repeating the epithet of "superbrain" twice in as many comments "rapier"

I have no idea who you are, so for now I'll just dub you ACN (Anonymous Chinese Naysayer). I have a hnuch you're one of three people:

• Little Miss Horse: If it is you, then your spelling has improved a lot since our MSN conversations.
• Little Miss Square: Though I'd have thought you'd have more important things on your mind right now. Besides, I don't know how well your Chinese stacks up to mine...
• Little Black: The only other person I know who can both speak Chinese and access comments on my blog.
